Property Price Growth Slowest In MidWest

Homes in the Midwest have seen the lowest level of price growth in the country.

New figures from the CSO show residential property prices increased by 11.6 percent nationally in the year to November.

The cost of homes in the West showed the greatest price growth – up by 16 percent, while in Clare Limerick and North Tipperary there was only a 9% increase.
