Post-COVID High In House Sales Recorded In September

There are signs of a gradual recovery in Clare’s housing market.

In September, the Revenue Commissioners received returns showing that 105 homes had changed hands in Clare.

That’s the highest monthly figure recorded since March, and back only slightly on September of last year.

CSO figures show a 17% fall in the number of home sales in Clare in the first nine months of this year, although the typical prices paid remain largely unchanged.
