A North Clare general election candidate is warning that climate change is going to cause “mayhem” and it goes hand-in-hand with other crises in Ireland.
Lisdoonvarna climate activist Theresa O’Donohue has announced her candidacy, meaning there will be at least 11 names on the ballot paper in Clare.
She is the only People Before Profit candidate in the county and joins three Fine Gael, three Fianna Fáil, two Independent, one Green Party candidate and a Sinn Féin one.
