It’s claimed a planned night bus to serve rural parts of East Clare will only boost nightlife there if publicans give it their backing.
Clare Bus is planning to pilot a scheme which would see buses serve East Clare on Thursday and Friday nights up to 11.30pm.
The buses would serve Feakle, Scariff, Bodyke and Tuamgraney, while a Friday service would also stop at Feakle, O’Callaghan’s Mills, Kilkishen and Tulla.
