An Oireachtas Committee will hear an update on 36 remote working projects in rural towns and villages this morning.
Officials from the Department of Community and Rural Development will discuss the ‘hubs’ set up in places like Ennistymon in County Clare.
They’ll also outline a list of opportunities that local communities will be able to avail of when connected to high speed broadband.
