The number of new homes built in Clare in Clare between July and September this year rose significantly despite COVID-19 restrictions when compared with the same period in 2019.
Between July and September this year 114 new dwellings were completed in Clare, up from 103 the previous year.
However, new statistics from the CSO show levels of construction activity in West Clare remains low.
