Noonan Rejects PAC Report On NAMA’s Northern Irish Loanbook

The Finance Minister’s refuting a finding by the Public Accounts Committee in a report on the sale of NAMA’s Northern Ireland loanbook.

PAC says Michael Noonan’s meeting with the winning bidders the day before the sale was agreed was “not procedurally appropriate.

The Committee found the taxpayer lost out because NAMA’s sale process was seriously deficient.
