The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been informed that a total of 12 people with COVID-19 have died.
This brings to 1,583, the number of COVID-19 related deaths here.
The HPSC has been notified of 76 new confirmed cases of the virus, bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases in Ireland to 24,391, with no new cases confirmed here in Clare for the third day in a row.
