Ní Riada Confident Sinn Féin’s New Leadership Will Help Gain Clare Votes

A prominent local Sinn Féin figure is optimistic that the party’s new leadership will help it at the ballot box in Clare.

Last evening saw Michelle O’Neill confirmed as the party’s new Vice-President, weeks after TD Mary Lou McDonald was confirmed as the successor to Gerry Adams.

They’ll now spearhead Sinn Féin into the next election, and the party has already selected Noeleen Morana and Councillor Mike McKee as their candidates in Clare.
