The latest Clare candidate for the upcoming General Election says he would be open to an approach from any party if elected, but would only enter a coalition if it was of benefit to the people of the county.
Independent Kilrush Councillor Ian Lynch has today announced his intention run for seat, bringing to ten the number of candidates declared in the constituency.

Mr. Lynch represented Fine Gael at council level from 2009 to 2014, before being elected as an Independent at the last local election.
