The state is continuing to fail children in foster care- according to campaigners.
It’s after two new HIQA reports revealed serious shortcomings in Tusla’s services.
In particular, in Dublin South Central, there were delays in foster care assessments and insufficient vetting of adults who came into contact with children in care.
