A North Clare councillor says it’s important that Clare towns and villages benefit from the income generated in the county’s major tourist attractions.
The calls have been made in the context of the long-term plans for 16.5 million euro worth of investments in the Cliffs of Moher, details of which emerged this week.
Fine Gael’s Joe Garrihy says we must look at investments in County Clare as a whole.
