A North Clare Hotel is celebrating receiving two prizes at a prestigious industry awards ceremony.
Hotel Doolin, based along the Wild Atlantic Way, walked away with prizes for ‘Best Chef in Munster’ and ‘Best Manager at the The Irish Hotel Awards, held in Athlone recently.
Executive Head Chef Daniel Craughwell and General Manager Dónal Minihane beat off stiff opposition in their categories to scoop the awards.
