An Ennis-area Councillor says a lack of resources is hampering Clare County Council’s efforts to tackle illegal dumping in the county.
Clarecastle’s Paul Murphy was speaking after up to 20 bags of nappies were discovered close to Lattoon Bridge near the village.
Dumping has reported in various areas throughout the county in recent months, and Clare County Council has previously announced that it’s invested in CCTV to catch those responsible.
