Munster Land Prices Growing Faster Than Anywhere Else

Land prices in Munster are growing at a much faster rate than the rest of the country, a report has shown.

The SCSI/Teagasc Land Market Review has shown that there has been an 11 percent jump in this region on average in the price of agricultural land, with an acre now costing an average of €9,900.

That’s well ahead of the rate of increase in Leinster, where it stood at 4 percent, while both Ulster and Connacht saw their prices decrease.
