A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital following a crash near Miltown Malbay this morning.
The single vehicle crash happened on the R460 Miltown to Inagh road at around 10.30 this morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene around three kilometres outside of Miltown, and the road was closed in both directions.
The man was taken from the scene by ambulance to University Hospital Limerick.
Gardai have described his injuries as not serious.
The road has since reopened.
