Mixed views have emerged in Clare after the Taoiseach confirmed that Donald Trump’s planned visit here is postponed, rather than cancelled.
Leo Varadkar last evening cleared up the confusion that emerged with the White House saying some details were being finalised, while the Irish government said it was called off.
It had been expected he would visit Doonbeg on his trip here, to his luxury golf resort there.
