Minister Considered Travelling To Roche HQ To Save Clarecastle Plant

The Jobs Minister considered travelling to the headquarters of Roche in Switzerland after her efforts to secure jobs at their Clarecastle plant were criticised.

The Irish Independent reports that Mary Mitchell O’Connor asked advisors about such a trip after in July, when she was urged to travel there by local Fine Gael TD Joe Carey.
