The wife of murdered Limerick man Jason Corbett will not testify in his murder trail.
Molly Martens-Corbett and her father Thomas Martens are charged with second-degree murder over the killing of 39-year-old Jason at his home in North Carolina in 2015.
Both have pleaded not guilty to those charges, claiming self-defence.

Trial judge David Lee told the jury that Ms Martens-Corbett’s decision was not to be considered by jurors as an admission of guilt.
