Dutch Police Make Second Arrest Following Suspected Terror Attack Attempt

Dutch police have reportedly made a second arrest in relation to the terror attack threat in Rotterdam.

The driver of a van registered in Spain was earlier held by officers after gas cylinders were found inside the vehicle near a concert venue.

A second person is understood to have been detained in the south of the Netherlands.

Officers made the discovery after a tip-off from Spanish authorities about a potential terror threat.
