Emergency services in Clare have dealt with an incident on the M18 overnight, that left the motorway closed for four hours.
Two vehicles collided in the southbound section of the motorway, just after Junction 10 Newmarket on Fergus, at around 11.30 last night.
Seven units from the Ennis and Shannon fire brigades attended, along with Gardaí and ambulance services.

The road remained closed until 3.40am and there are no reports of any serious injuries.
