The Sports Minister says a light has been shone on the ‘unknown rotten culture at the heart of the OCI.’
Shane Ross is attending the Oireachtas Committee on Sport, where he said the Moran report into the Rio Olympics ticketing scandal has highlighted shameful standards of corporate governance under Patrick Hickey’s presidency.
Responding to the publication of the Moran report on Monday, Pat Hickey said his name was cleared – he has also declined to appear before the Committee today.
