Large Increase In Clare House Prices

A new report into house prices has re-affirmed a growth in house prices in Clare.

The report from MyHome.ie finds a 6.6% growth in asking prices in Clare, with the average price of a home here standing at 170 thousand euro.

However, the same report shows the annual rate of inflation has surged to 9 per cent nationally and that homes in Dublin are more than twice as expensive than here in the Banner County.
