Large Crowds Expected For Scarriff Harbour Festival

Large crowds are expected to descend on East Clare this weekend as the Scarriff Harbour Festival gets underway.

The event is supported by Waterways Ireland, which set up an office in Scarriff after the signing of the Good Friday Agreement, creating a special link with the North.

Armagh GAA legend Oisín McConville will open the festival, while the likes of Jake Carter, The Blizzards and The Kings of Connaught will perform.
