The accolade, for Shannon Herritage is in recognition of the medieval banquting operation at the 15th century tourist attraction.

Its not the first such award for Shannon Heritage as over the years the Company has won many awards including, several for their medieval banquets at Bunratty Castle, and the Traditional Irish Night at Bunratty Folk Park.
