Junior Minister Confident Of Further Jobs Growth in 2018

Meanwhile, Clare’s Junior Minister has expressed confidence that there will be further positive announcements for the county in 2018.

Figures released to the Dáil have shown that Clare recorded it’s highest ever level of IDA site visits in 2017.

22 visits were made to the county by potential investors last year, up from 18 in 2016 and just 5 in 2013 and many of these visits were in the Shannon area.

Clare’s Junior Minister has been telling Clare FM’s Fiona Cahill that efforts are ongoing to attract investors to other parts of the county also.
