Shannon has received another jobs boost following the announcement that an Irish company is merging with an US firm.
28 jobs are to be created as a result of the merger between UJet Group and STS Component Solutions.
The new company, STS Ujet, will now establish its European Hub in the Shannon Free Zone, and will offer robust Aircraft Interior refurbishment and modification services to its customers.
The company is hoping to double it’s current workforce to 50 within the coming two years.
