Irish Red Cross Calls For Public Support In Paying Back Ennis Mortgage

The Ennis branch of the Irish Red Cross says the public’s support will be needed to help clear a debt of more than €300,000.

The group has been operating out of their newly purchased base in Tobarteascain, Ennis, since March, which they had rented for a number of years.

The purchase cost €330,000 in total, with €235,000 of that on a mortgage being paid back over a 12-year period.
