An investigation has been launched following a fatal road crash in Galway last night.
The single car collision happened at Ballaghlea, Ballygar around 9.45.

A woman in her 30s and her 14 year old son died after the car they were travelling in struck a tree.
They were the only occupants of the car.
Both were pronounced dead at the scene and taken to University Hospital Galway for a post mortem examination.
