Irish Water Apologises For Loss Of Supply Around Tulla Area

Irish Water is apologising to customers in the Tulla area who are experiencing a loss of supply overnight, while they carry out essential works.

Maintenance works are being conducted on the reservoir in Tulla this week, which is resulting in reduced pressure or a loss of supply in some homes between midnight and 7am.

The utility says water should begin to return from 7am in homes effected but it may take 2-3 hours for pressure to be back to normal.

Statement from Irish Water

Irish Water and our partners Clare County Council are carrying out essential maintenance works on the reservoir in Tulla. The may result in some reduction in pressure or loss of supply in some areas between midnight and 7am. The work has been ongoing for the past four nights and will continue again tonight.

In the affected areas, water should begin to return from 7am but may take 2-3 hours to return to normal pressure.
