Calls are being made for all of Clare’s road signage to be cleaned and brought up to standard ahead of the tourist season.
Sixmilebridge Fine Gael Councillor John Crowe says as a county that prides itself on being a tourist destination, it’s vital that the best foot is put forward to allow visitors navigate the roads here.
He also wants to see any damaged signs replaced and for this maintenance work to be carried out on a regular basis.
