The IDA says that finding a buyer for Roche 'remains a significant challenge'
The pharma company announced the closure of four of its plants world wide nine months ago, including it's Clarecastle facility, resulting in the loss of hundreds of jobs in the county.

The first round of redundancies will take place next month with the three-year wind down of the facility well underway.
It had been hoped that a new buyer for the facility would be secured but recent efforts failed and IDA Midwest Business and Relationship Manager Niall O'Callaghan says it's all down to a changing landscape in the industry worldwide
