ICMSA Warns Fodder Crisis Is Looming In Clare

The Clare County Chair of the ICMSA is warning that a fodder crisis is looming unless there’s a fall of rain.

The farmers organisation says that grass growth has stopped in this county on account of the high temperatures and light land is starting to burn.

Famers struggled to feed their herds on account of a prolonged winter with persistent rainfall, but Martin McMahon says they’re now crying out for rain to fall for just two days.
