Plans have been lodged for an 18-home social housing development in Newmarket-on-Fergus.
Clare County Council has lodged an application for the estate at Boheraroan, which comprises of four one-bed, 12 two-bed and two three-bed apartments.
The project also includes 27 car parking spaces and other ancillary works.

A decision on the application is due in April, while Clare County Council has previously indicated that work will commence in the third quarter of this year, with the project due for completion in late 2021.
