Marginal Rise In Dwellings Granted Planning Permission In Clare

There’s been a marginal increase in the number of dwellings granted planning permission in Clare.

The latest CSO figures show 73 houses and apartments were given the go ahead between April and June this year, a rise of 3 on the first quarter of the year.

65 of those were one off houses, 5 were apartments and 3 were in multo developments.

The overall figure is the highest in the midwest – 71 planning permissions were granted in Limerick and 48 in Tipperary.
