Increase Recorded In Planning Permissions In Clare

The number of houses and flats granted planning permission in Clare jumped in the second half of last year, an indicator of a recovering property market here.

In the second half of 2020, planning authorities gave the go-ahead for 292 new houses to be build here, along with 95 new apartments.

It marks a significant increase on the number of housing units given the green light in the first half the year.
