House prices in Clare fell by almost 3% in the last year.
A new survey carried out by Real Estate Alliance shows that the average price of a three-bed semi detached house in Clare is now 180,000 euro.
The survey also found that despite fears of a downturn in the market due to the lockdown, nationally the average price fell by just 0.56%
