Clare County Council has given the go-ahead for a new housing development in Ennis.
25 houses are to be constructed on the Tulla Road, next to Cluain Ros Leamhan.
The development will include one detached house, two four-bedroom semi-detached houses, six three-beds, two blocks of apartments and parking facilities.
