Flat Rate Of Housing Price Inflation “Good News” For Clare Buyers

An Ennis auctioneer is welcoming a flat rate of price inflation in the property market last year as good news for prospective buyers in Clare.

New figures from Sherry Fitzgerald have revealed that across 2019, the average value of established homes in Ireland grew by just 0.2%, compared to 3.7% recorded in 2018.

First-time buyers are continuing to be active in the market, with 52% of all homes sold to those who haven’t previously owned property.
