Concern That Rental Supply In Ennis At Near-Emergency Level

An Ennis auctioneer claims rental supply in the county town is almost at an emergency level.

House prices in the county jumped by almost 12% in Clare last year, according to a recent MyHome.ie/Davy Property Report.

But while there’s strong demand for houses, the vast majority of available homes are being scooped up by families and first time buyers, with private landlords being forced out of the market.
