Concern Over Lack Of House Price Certainty Until Brexit Direction Revealed

An Ennis auctioneer claims there will be no certainty on house prices in Ireland until we know what direction Brexit is going to take.

Two separate reports issued today have revealed that those in the market for a house can now expect to pay up to €200,000 on average, depending on the type of home they buy.

MyHome.ie says you’ll pay around that for a three bed semi, which is an almost 12% increase in a year, while according to the Real Estate Alliance, the same type of house in Clare will fetch €180,000, a 2.7% drop in a three-month period.
