A leading rental advice service is warning students receiving college offers today of severe pressure on the availability of accommodation in larger towns and cities.
First-round offers are being made today through the CAO, after 13-hundred Clare students got their Leaving Cert results on Tuesday.
Despite the introduction of rent pressure zones in many of the cities with large third-level populations, Treshold insists prices have risen far in excess of the limits.
