Clare Housing Activist Calls For National Rent Freeze

An Ennis housing activist is calling for the idea of Rent Pressure Zones to be scrapped, and replaced by a national rent freeze.

This means Clare rents have hit a 12-year high, though this report covers the period before the COVID-19 crisis, which has seen rent in many areas drop.
