Clare House Prices Fall By 7.5% As Available Rental Properties Increase

House prices in Clare have fallen by 7.5% in the past year.

The latest quarterly report from Daft.ie shows the average cost of a home in the county was just over 182,000 euro in June.

The new monthly report gives key figures on the health of both sale and rental markets, with the cost of renting a home remaining relatively stable across Munster.
