Clare House Prices Buck Munster Trend

Houses prices in Clare bucked the trend across Munster in 2019.

Today’s MyHome.ie/ Davy Property Report for quarter four, shows the cost of buying a home in Clare jumped by 11.7%, compared to almost 8% in Limerick, just shy of 4% in Tipperary and 2% in Cork.

Nationally, house prices have flatlined with inflation in Dublin at zero year-on-year.
