The recently appointed Chairperson of the Construction Industry Federation’s Midwest West Branch is calling for more measures to help encourage private developers to build new projects across County Clare.
Lorcan Hoyne of Kilmihil based L & M Keating says his new role with the C.I.F will be about ensuring that this region has a strong voice at a national level.
Lorcan says while large scale building projects are already on the cards for Ennis and Shannon, developers will need a helping hand to bring further projects to the rest of the county:
