House prices in Clare appear to be on a downward trend.
According to the latest report from the Real Estate Alliance, the average three-bed semi in this county will now set you back €180,000.
This is a 5.3% drop on the figure 12 months ago, meaning prices on average in Clare decreased by €10,000 across 2019.
