30 New Social Housing Units Completed Across Four Clare Locations

The local authority has announced the completion of 30 new social housing units in Quilty, Kilmihil, Sixmilebridge and Roslevan.

It takes the total number in Clare County Council’s social housing stock to 2,660, with work continuing on sites for further units in Shannon, Newmarket-On-Fergus, Milltown Malbay, Tulla and Doonbeg.

Government statistics released earlier this year suggested a major fall-off in the number of new homes delivered here in the first half of 2020.
