Housing Market In Clare ‘On Threshold Of Affordability’

An Ennis auctioneer claims we are reaching the threshold of affordability in the housing market.

Two reports released in recent days have shown that house prices in this county are continuing to soar.

MyHome.ie says the average price of a home here has risen by €9,000 in the past year, while a similar one from daft.ie puts Clare as one of the counties with the highest rate of increase in prices.
