Further House Price Rises Expected In Clare Despite Slow In Growth

The Vice-Chairman of the Real Estate Alliance anticipates further rises in house price in Clare in the coming months, despite a slow-down in growth.

The REA Average House Price Index shows it now costs around €180,000 to buy an average three-bed semi detached house in the county.

It represents a rise of just over 1% in the first three months of the year, compared to the same time last year, and a 9% rise over the past 12 months.
